9       DBStatement<a> defaultPrepare( DBHandle<a>  con, String query )

DESCRIPTION

12       Databases that do not support prepared statements should use this func‐
13       tion in the prep field of their DB.DBHandle (3kaya)
14        It  will  throw  the  Builtins.Not_Implemented  (3kaya)  Exception  if
15       called.
