DESCRIPTION

18       Get  the PSKC KeyPackage Key Algorithm attribute value.  This may be an
19       URN, for example "urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:keyprov:pskc:hotp".

22       a constant string (must not be deallocated)  holding  the  content,  or
