DESCRIPTION

23       Get  the  PSKC  KeyPackage  Key AlgorithmParameters ChallengeFormat Min
24       value.  This attribute  defines  the  minimum  size  of  the  challenge
25       accepted  by  the  device  for  CR  mode  and MUST be included.  If the
26       'Encoding' attribute is set to 'DECIMAL', 'HEXADECIMAL',  or  'ALPHANU‐
27       MERIC',  this  value indicates the minimum number of digits/characters.
28       If the 'Encoding' attribute is set to 'BASE64' or 'BINARY', this  value
29       indicates the minimum number of bytes of the unencoded value.

31       If  present  is non-NULL, it will be 0 if the field is not present or 1
