DESCRIPTION

21       Set the PSKC KeyPackage Key Data Time value.  This element contains the
22       time for time-based OTP algorithms.  (If time intervals are used,  this
23       element  carries  the  number  of time intervals passed from a specific
24       start point, normally it is algorithm dependent).
