DESCRIPTION

16       Return true if this connection is connected to the NBD server, the
17       handshake has completed, and the connection is processing commands
18       (either writing out a request or reading a reply).

20       Note the ready state (nbd_aio_is_ready(3)) is not included.  In the
21       ready state commands may be in flight (the server is processing them),
22       but libnbd is not processing them.

25       This call returns a boolean value.
