DESCRIPTION

26       This function will set the sequence number in the current record state.
27       This function is useful if sending and  receiving  are  offloaded  from
28       gnutls. That is, if gnutls_record_get_state() was used.

31       GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS on success, or an error code.
