NAME

6       thin_metadata_pack - pack thin provisioning binary metadata.

SYNOPSIS

9       thin_metadata_pack [options] -i {device|file} -o {device|file}

DESCRIPTION

13       thin_metadata_pack and thin_metadata_unpack are used to compress

15       binary metadata.
16              Useful for support.

18       thin_metadata_pack  compresses  the  metadata,  omitting  any  metadata
19       blocks that are unused.

21       This tool cannot be run on live metadata.
