NAME

6       osiv_mkwsd - generates fftw wisdom files

SYNOPSIS

9       osiv_mkwsd -r row -c column [-o output]

DESCRIPTION

12       osiv_mkwsd  is  a  program for generating fftw wisdom files for
13       windows with particular dimensions.   If  the  output  file  is
14       omitted or set to "-", data will be written to stdout.
