DESCRIPTION

29       Fill the structure *ELEMENT with values of a DER encoding  string.  The
30       sructure  must just be created with function procedure, the *ELEMENT is
31       deleted and set equal to ASN1_TYPE_EMPTY.

ASN1_SUCCESS
35       DER encoding OK.

ASN1_ELEMENT_NOT_FOUND
38       ELEMENT is ASN1_TYPE_EMPTY.
