SYNOPSIS

9       whirlwindwarp   [-display   host:display.screen]   [-foreground  color]

DESCRIPTION

14       whirlwindwarp plots stars moving according to various forcefields (sim‐
15       ple 2D equations).

WARNING!

18       This screensaver may be dangerous for your eyes.  Please don't watch it
19       for too long!

OPTIONS

22       whirlwindwarp accepts the following options:

24       -window Draw on a newly-created window.  This is the default.

26       -root   Draw on the root window.

28       -mono   If on a color display, pretend we're on a monochrome display.

31               Install a private colormap for the window.

33       -visual visual
34               Specify  which  visual  to use.  Legal values are the name of a
35               visual class, or the id number (decimal or hex) of  a  specific
36               visual.

38       -points integer
39               The number of stars plotted (default 400).

42               The length of the tail of each star (default 8).

ENVIRONMENT

45       DISPLAY to get the default host and display number.

48               to  get  the  name of a resource file that overrides the global
49               resources stored in the RESOURCE_MANAGER property.
