DESCRIPTION

14       Adds a new user group with name group.

OPTIONS

18       -g, --gid=gid
19              Use  group  ID  gid  for the newly created group.  A group ID is
20              selected automatically if this option is not present.

23       -i, --interactive
24              Ask all questions when connecting to the user database, even  if
25              default answers are set up in libuser configuration.

28       -r, --reserved
29              The group is a system group.  Groups that are not marked as sys‐
30              tem groups usually have automatically selected group IDs above a
31              certain value (500 by default).  This information is also passed
32              to the libuser backends.

EXIT STATUS

36       The exit status is 0 on success, nonzero on error.
