DESCRIPTION

34       Fill the element named  ELEMENTNAME  with  values  of  a  DER  encoding
35       string.   The sructure must just be created with function string of the
36       whole STRUCTURE.  If an error occurs during the decoding procedure, the
37       *STRUCTURE is deleted and set equal to ASN1_TYPE_EMPTY.

ASN1_SUCCESS
41       DER encoding OK.

ASN1_ELEMENT_NOT_FOUND
44       ELEMENT is ASN1_TYPE_EMPTY or elementName == NULL.
