DESCRIPTION

21       This function will check if the given  CRL  was  issued  by  the  given
22       issuer  certificate.   It  will  return  true  (1) if the given CRL was
23       issued by the given issuer, and false (0) if not.

RETURNS

26       On success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS is returned, otherwise  a  negative  error
27       value.
