ARGUMENTS

15       gnutls_x509_crt_t cert
16                   is the certificate to be checked

19                   is the certificate of a possible issuer

DESCRIPTION

22       This function will check if the given certificate  was  issued  by  the
23       given issuer.

RETURNS

26       It will return true (1) if the given certificate is issued by the given
27       issuer, and false (0) if not.  A negative value is returned in case  of
28       an error.
