DESCRIPTION

26       Convert possibly ACE encoded domain name in UTF-8 format into a  string
27       encoded  in  the  current  locale's character set.  The domain name may
28       contain several labels, separated by dots.  The output buffer  must  be
29       deallocated by the caller.

RETURN VALUE

32       Returns IDNA_SUCCESS on success, or error code.
