DESCRIPTION

17       Convert  a  return  code  integer to a text string.  This string can be
18       used to output a diagnostic message to the user.

TLD_SUCCESS

21       Successful operation.  This value is guaranteed to always be zero,  the
22       remaining ones are only guaranteed to hold non-zero values, for logical
23       comparison purposes.

TLD_INVALID

26       Invalid character found.

TLD_NODATA

29       No input data was provided.

TLD_MALLOC_ERROR

32       Error during memory allocation.

TLD_ICONV_ERROR

35       Error during iconv string conversion.

TLD_NO_TLD

38       No top-level domain found in domain string.

RETURN VALUE

41       Returns a  pointer  to  a  statically  allocated  string  containing  a
