ARGUMENTS

16                   A PKCS 11 URL specifying a token

19                   Security Officer's PIN

22                   A name to be used for the token

DESCRIPTION

25       This function will initialize (format) a token. If the token  is  at  a
26       factory  defaults state the security officer's PIN given will be set to
27       be the default. Otherwise it should match the officer's PIN.

RETURNS

30       On success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS is returned, otherwise  a  negative  error
31       value.
