DESCRIPTION

19       This function can be used to disable certain (security) features in TLS
20       in  order  to  maintain maximum compatibility with buggy clients. It is
21       equivalent to calling: gnutls_record_disable_padding()

23       Normally only servers that require maximum  compatibility  with  every‐
24       thing out there, need to call this function.
