DESCRIPTION

13       transxx  is  a  command-line  tool  that  produces  a basic fleshed-out
14       PO-file from a PO-template file. Some of the formatting  and  structure
15       of  the  msgid strings will be copied to the msgstr strings, but other‐
16       wise text will be translated to ``xx''.

19       The fleshed-out PO-file is sent to standard output.

22       Running your software with the language ``xx'' will  quickly  show  you
23       any user visible strings that are not translatable.
