DESCRIPTION

12       This is just a subclass of HTML::Element.  It works basically the same
13       as HTML::Element, except that tagnames and attribute names aren't
14       forced to lowercase, as they are in HTML::Element.

CAVEATS

19       Has currently no handling of namespaces.
