DESCRIPTION

21       This  function  will initialize the backend resolver. It is intended to
22       be used in scenarios  where  multiple  resolvings  occur,  to  optimize
23       against multiple re-initializations.

RETURNS

26       On  success, DANE_E_SUCCESS (0) is returned, otherwise a negative error
27       value.
