DESCRIPTION

18       Check  the  GnuTLS  Library  version  against the provided string.  See
19       GNUTLS_VERSION for a suitable  req_version string.

22       ality as a macro.

RETURNS

25       Check  that the version of the library is at minimum the one given as a
26       string in  req_version and return the  actual  version  string  of  the
27       library; return NULL if the condition is not met.  If NULL is passed to
28       this function no check is done and only the version string is returned.
