DESCRIPTION

25       This function will decrypt the given data using the algorithm specified
26       by the context.

28       Note  that  in AEAD ciphers, this will not check the tag. You will need
29       to   compare   the   tag   sent   with   the   value   returned    from
30       gnutls_cipher_tag().
