DESCRIPTION

22       This function will explicitly set the server  or  client  hello  random
23       value  in  the  subsequent  TLS handshake. The random value should be a
24       32-byte value.

26       Note that this function should not normally  be  used  as  gnutls  will
27       select automatically a random value for the handshake.
