DESCRIPTION

24       This function can be used by a searver to retrieve data sent  early  in
25       the  handshake  processes  when  resuming  a  session.  This is used to
26       implement a zero-roundtrip (0-RTT) mode.  It has the same semantics  as
27       gnutls_record_recv().

29       This  function  can  be called either in a handshake hook, or after the
30       handshake is complete.

RETURNS

33       The number of bytes received and zero when early data reading  is  com‐
34       plete.   A  negative error code is returned in case of an error.  If no
35       early data is received during  the  handshake,  this  function  returns
36       GNUTLS_E_REQUESTED_DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE.   The  number  of bytes received
37       might be less than the requested
