DESCRIPTION

36       This function will return a specific authorityCertIssuer name as stored
37       in  the   aki  type,  as well as the authorityCertSerialNumber. All the
38       returned values should be treated as constant, and may be set  to  NULL
39       when are not required.

RETURNS

42       On       success,      GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS      [22m(0)      is      returned,
43       GNUTLS_E_REQUESTED_DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE if the index is  out  of  bounds,
44       otherwise a negative error value.
