6       ipa-passwd - Change a user's password

SYNOPSIS

9       ipa-password [user]

DESCRIPTION

13       Changes  the current user's password. If a user is included on the com‐
14       mand-line then that user's password is modified.

16       The user is the name in the kerberos principal, so  it  may  not  match
17       username.

OPTIONS

20       -v, --verbose
21              Display the XML-RPC request and response for more verbose debug‐
22              ging output.

EXIT STATUS

25       The exit status is 0 on success, nonzero on error.
