6 transbot - An irc bot designed to translate between multiple languages

13 This program connects to user specified channels on irc.freenode.net
14 and translates between languages on those channels. IMPORTANT: Chan‐
15 nels on the command line are not specified using the usual "#", but
16 rather as simply the name of channel. For example, the channel
17 "#fedora" is specified as "fedora". Users must specify the language on
18 the channel before transbot will translate anything. Specification
19 comes in the form of messaging the channel with a message of the form
20 '.<language abbreviation>'. For example, english is '.en', spanish is
21 '.es'.
