DESCRIPTION

14       Initialize  a  worker  structure. Always check the return value even if
15       passing in a pre-allocated structure.  Some  other  initialization  may
16       have  failed. It is not required to memset() a structure before provid‐
17       ing it.  *

PARAMETERS

20              [in] worker Caller allocated structure, or NULL to allocate one.

RETURN VALUE

23       On success, a pointer to the (possibly allocated) structure. On failure
24       this will be NULL.
