ARGUMENTS

15       int err     is a negative integer

17       int * level the alert level will be stored there

DESCRIPTION

20       Get an alert depending on the error code returned by a gnutls function.
21       All  alerts sent by this function should be considered fatal.  The only
22       exception is when err is GNUTLS_E_REHANDSHAKE, where  a  warning  alert
23       should  be  sent  to  the peer indicating that no renegotiation will be
24       performed.

26       If there is no mapping to a valid alert the alert to indicate  internal
27       error is returned.
