DESCRIPTION

26       This  function will convert the given DER or PEM encoded Certificate to
27       the native gnutls_x509_crt_t format. The output will be stored in cert.

29       If the Certificate is PEM encoded it should have a header of "X509 CER‐
30       TIFICATE", or "CERTIFICATE".

RETURNS

33       On  success,  GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS  is returned, otherwise a negative error
34       value.
