DESCRIPTION

14       The  PulseAudio sound server interprets the file ~/.pulse/default.pa on
15       startup, and when that file  doesn't  exist  /etc/pulse/default.pa.  It
16       should  contain  directives  in  the PulseAudio CLI languages, as docu‐
17       mented on http://pulseaudio.org/wiki/CLI.

19       The same commands can also be entered during runtime  in  the  pacmd(1)
20       tool, allowing flexible runtime reconfiguration.
