15       With the 1.11 version of DBD::SQLite Blobs are handled transparently,
16       so "bind_param_attributes" is optionnal.  With previous version of
17       DBD::SQLite users have experimented issues with binary data in CHAR
18       (partially solved by the DBI::SQL_BINARY binding).
