DESCRIPTION

13       This plugin prompts the author whether or not to continue before
14       releasing the distribution to CPAN.  It gives authors a chance to abort
15       before they upload.

17       The default is "no", but you can set the environment variable
18       "DZIL_CONFIRMRELEASE_DEFAULT" to "yes" if you just want to hit enter to
19       release.

21       This plugin uses "ExtUtils::MakeMaker::prompt()", so setting
22       "PERL_MM_USE_DEFAULT" to a true value will accept the default without
23       prompting.
