DESCRIPTION

14       Wait for the beginning of a vertical retrace.  Some driver/card/monitor
15       combinations may not be capable of this.

17       Note how al_flip_display(3) usually  already  waits  for  the  vertical
18       retrace,  so unless you are doing something special, there is no reason
19       to call this function.
