NAME

6       yphelper - helper application for internal use

DESCRIPTION

9       yphelper is a internal helper application for ypserv and should not be
10       used by the normal user or system administrator.

OPTIONS

13       -d domainname
14           Use domainname as default domain.

16       -h
17           Print the canonical hostname.

19       -i map
20           Return '0' if we are the NIS master of map or '1' if not.

22       -m master
23           Print the name of all NIS maps where master is the NIS master
24           server.

26       -p passwdshadow
27           Merge the passwd and shadow files.

29       -g groupgshadow
30           Merge the group and gshadow files.
