NAME

7       gm-create_dicomdir - create a DICOMDIR file from within GNUmed

SYNOPSIS

12       gm-create_dicomdir <DICOMDIR file> <DICOM directory>

DESCRIPTION

17       gm-create_dicomdir  is  a  helper  script which GNUmed uses to create a
18       DICOMDIR file for a number or DICOM files. For doing so it needs "dcmg‐
19       pdir" to be installed.

OPTIONS

24       DICOMDIR
25              Full  path of the DICOMDIR file to create. Usually stored at the
26              root of the tree containing the actual DICOM files.

28       dicom directory
29              The root of the tree containing the DICOM  files  for  which  to
30              create the DICOMDIR file. The DICOM files must match the pattern
31              "IM*" and obey DICOM naming rules.
