SYNOPSIS

10       spmvtest1 n iter [matrix_type]

DESCRIPTION

14       This  program  computes the matrix-vector multiply of a discretized one
15       dimensional Laplacian of size n using the three point  central  differ‐
16       ence  scheme, and a vector (1, ..., 1)^T. The FLOPS performance is mea‐
17       sured as the average of iter iterations.  If necessary, one of the fol‐
18       lowing values can be specified by matrix_type:

20       0      Measure the performance for the available matrix storage formats

22       1-11   The number of the matrix storage format

24       The  value  n  represents  the number of the grid points.  See Lis User
25       Guide for more information.
