DESCRIPTION

22       Get the PSKC KeyPackage Key Policy KeyUsage values.  The  element  puts
23       constraints  on  the  intended  usage of the key.  The recipient of the
24       PSKC document MUST enforce the key usage.

26       If present is non-NULL, it will be 0 if the field is not present  or  1
27       if it was present.

30       an integer holding a set of pskc_keyusage values ORed together.
