6       cynosure - gentle overlapping squares screen saver.

DESCRIPTION

13       A hack similar to `greynetic', but less frenetic. The first implementa‐
14       tion was by Stephen Linhart; then Ozymandias G. Desiderata wrote a Java
15       applet clone. That clone was discovered by Jamie Zawinski,  and  ported
16       to C for inclusion here.

OPTIONS

19       -visual visual
20               Specify  which  visual  to use.  Legal values are the name of a
21               visual class, or the id number (decimal or hex) of  a  specific
22               visual.

24       -window Draw on a newly-created window.  This is the default.

26       -root   Draw on the root window.

28       -delay number
29               Per-frame  delay,  in microseconds.  Default: 500000 (0.50 sec‐
30               onds.).

32       -ncolors number
33               Number of Colors.  Default: 128.

35       -iterations number
36               Duration.  2 - 200.  Default: 100.

38       -fps    Display the current frame rate and CPU load.

ENVIRONMENT

41       DISPLAY to get the default host and display number.

44               to get the name of a resource file that  overrides  the  global
45               resources stored in the RESOURCE_MANAGER property.
