DESCRIPTION

18       Get  the PSKC KeyPackage CryptoModule Id value.  This element carries a
19       unique identifier for the CryptoModule and is implementation  specific.
20       As  such, it helps to identify a specific CryptoModule to which the key
21       is being or was provisioned.

RETURNS

24       a constant string (must not be deallocated)  holding  the  content,  or
25       NULL if not set.
