16 Draws a subset of the passed vertex buffer. This function uses an in‐
17 dex buffer to specify which vertices to use. Both buffers must not be
18 locked. Additionally, to draw onto memory bitmaps or with memory bit‐
19 map textures both buffers must support reading (i.e. they must be cre‐
20 ated with the ALLEGRO_PRIM_BUFFER_READWRITE).
