DESCRIPTION

14       Set  the streaming file playing position to time.  Returns true on suc‐
15       cess.  Currently this can  only  be  called  on  streams  created  with
16       al_load_audio_stream(3),  al_load_audio_stream_f(3) and the format-spe‐
17       cific functions underlying those functions.
