DESCRIPTION

17       The hop program generates real plane fractals as described in the  Sep‐
18       tember 1986 issue of Scientific American.

OPTIONS

21       hopalong accepts the following options:

23       -window Draw on a newly-created window.  This is the default.

25       -root   Draw on the root window.

27       -mono   If on a color display, pretend we're on a monochrome display.

30               Install a private colormap for the window.

32       -visual visual
33               Specify  which  visual  to use.  Legal values are the name of a
34               visual class, or the id number (decimal or hex) of  a  specific
35               visual.

37       -ncolors integer
38               How  many  colors  should  be used (if possible).  Default 200.
39               The colors used cycle through the hue, making  N  stops  around
40               the color wheel.

43               How long to run each batch.  Default 2500 pixels.

46               How many pixels should be drawn before a color change.  Default
