DESCRIPTION

16       Add or overwrite tags for one or more resources

18   positional arguments:
19       RESOURCE
20              ID(s) of the resource(s) to tag (at least 1 required)

23       --tag KEY[=VALUE]
24              key and optional value of the tag to create, separated by an "="
25              character.  If  no  value  is given the tag's value is set to an
26              empty string. (at least 1 required)
