NAME

6       autoconf - Generate configuration scripts

SYNOPSIS

9       autoconf [OPTION]... [TEMPLATE-FILE]

DESCRIPTION

12       Generate a configuration script from a TEMPLATE-FILE if given, or `con‐
13       figure.ac' if present, or else `configure.in'.  Output is sent  to  the
14       standard output if TEMPLATE-FILE is given, else into `configure'.

18              print this help, then exit

21              print version number, then exit

24              verbosely report processing

27              don't remove temporary files
