19                   holds the version number, for v1 Requests must be 1

DESCRIPTION

22       This function will set the version of  the  certificate  request.   For
23       version 1 requests this must be one.

RETURNS

26       On  success,  GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS  (0)  is  returned, otherwise a negative
27       error value.
