DESCRIPTION

14       Return true if this connection is connected to the NBD server, the
15       handshake has completed, and the connection is processing commands
16       (either writing out a request or reading a reply).

18       Note the ready state (nbd_aio_is_ready(3)) is not included.  In the
19       ready state commands may be in flight (the server is processing them),
20       but libnbd is not processing them.

RETURN VALUE

23       This call returns a boolean value.
