DESCRIPTION

17       reorderbddsystemtop  reorders  all  the  bdd  nodes  of  the bdd system
18       BddSystem, in order to minimize the total number of bdd  nodes.   If  a
19       null pointer is given, the default bdd system is used.

RETURN VALUE

22       reorderbddsystemtop returns nothing.
