DESCRIPTION

19       An alternative caching model for Code::TidyAll designed to work in
20       shared build systems / systems with lots of branches.

22       This cache model uses both the file name and file contents to build the
23       cache key and a meaningless cache value. It does not care about the
24       modification time of the file.

27       of a file that you switch backwards and forwards between (e.g. when
